Our goal is for 100% of our customers to be happy with 100% of their Heart and Seoul purchases. But if there is a problem, just email us and let us know about it, and we'll take care of it.  All we ask is that items are returned in their original, re-sellable condition.

Please note: Returns must be received by Heart and Seoul within 30 days of shipping date.  If a refund is necessary, you will be issued a credit back to your PayPal account or, if you paid by personal check/money order, we will send you a personal check.  If you would like a product exchange, please email us prior to returning your order and let us know what the problem was with your order.

Please also note:  Customizable items and shipping charges are not refundable unless the product is defective or we have made an error, so please type your information carefully on the order form and check your spelling (especially on names and foreign cities, etc).  We will copy and paste your information as you wrote it to be certain it is spelled the way you intended.  We will email you a proof of your announcements and other highly specialized custom orders for your approval prior to printing to ensure your satisfaction.  Again, it is imperative that we have an accurate email address so we can contact you.  

To help you make sure you're getting the right t-shirt size, please see our size chart.  If you are ordering a jacket from Korea, please check the size chart on the ordering page.  Customized t-shirts and jackets are not returnable due to incorrect size, so please check the size chart carefully and compare the measurements to a similar item in your home.

Availability Dates: We make every effort to keep up-to-date information on our site regarding availability of items.  However, there are times when demand is unusually high and we are unable to update the site before orders are processed.  We will email you if there is a problem and give you the option to cancel or accept the order late.  

Customized Charms:  please note that customized Italian Link charms generally take 2-3 weeks to arrive, but can take longer.  If you order a customized charm, and must have it by a certain date, please be sure to email us and let us know.  If there is any risk that it will not arrive in time and you are unwilling to accept it late, we will be happy to cancel your order.
